Dr. Nicole Anzalone, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Doctor of Audiology “Master of the practice and all that’s Audiology”
Nicole received her Doctorate in Audiology in 2007 and holds a Master of Science Degree in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University.
She is licensed to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids in New York State.
Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pediatric and geriatric populations, neuro-otologic auditory-evoked brainstem response testing, vestibular function testing, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid services, repairs, and computerized hearing aid verifications.
Hobbies include playing drums, steel drums, cake decorating, dancing, and spending time with family.

Dr. Jennifer Bassik, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology “Master of hearing aid care, balance evaluations and treatment”
Jennifer earned her doctorate in Audiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2017, where she specialized in tinnitus research with musicians. Her other specialties include diagnostic hearing evaluations, vestibular evaluations, hearing aid fitting and services as well as hearing aid verification. Recently, Jennifer moved from Buffalo, NY to Syracuse and in her free time, she enjoys hiking and rock climbing.
Dr. Erin Bagley, Au.D., CCC-A/SLP
“Master of specialty Audiology – pediatric audiology, cochlear implant evaluations, Auditory Processing Disorders Evaluations”
Dr. Erin Bagley obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Geneseo. After spending several years working with the Birth-5 population, she went to Syracuse University to earn her Clinical Doctorate of Audiology. She enjoys helping people of all ages hear their best, with an interest in pediatrics, Auditory Processing Disorder, and cochlear implants. She is a native of the Syracuse area. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family, as well as hiking, gardening, and reading.
